A faculty with recognized credentials, significant professional experience, and a passion for storytelling | Each of our program directors holds a Master’s Degree in their area of interest.

Substantial peer-to-peer learning encounters | Now in its third year, our Visiting Young Artist program creates meaningful connections with advanced level theatre students from the leading theatre programs in country including New York University, University of Michigan, Point Park University, Florida State University, Texas Christian University, the UNC- School of the Arts to name a few (refer to our Visiting Artists page for a complete listing)

PRODUCTION HISTORY

Since 2013, Apex Theatre Studio has produced over 40 productions in the Northeast Florida area. In June of 2015, an ongoing partnership with the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall allowed us to present a series of plays and musicals to audiences in the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee area to great success and robust attendance.  The Bard Bus, our annual summer touring production of a Shakespearean comedy, has reached audiences throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia region.

Recent seasons included the following: Godspell, Spring Awakening, Into The Woods, The Secret Garden, A Chorus Line, Newsies, High School Musical, The Lion King, Freaky Friday, Little Women, Fun Home, Chicago, The Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged, A Christmas Story, Punk Rock, This Is Our Youth, She Kills Monsters, David Copperfield. We Are Proud To Present… As You Like It, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Aliens and Its A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play.
